Sexy Foods
Whatever you put into your body affects your ability to feel and enjoy sex. Some foods have traditionally been particularly associated with aphrodisiac qualities. Some affect brain chemistry and reduce stress. Some can change your mood and some may affect blood flow. Some are just sexy, because of their sensual mouthfeel and taste.
Avocados and papayas are shaped like testicles or vulvas, and therefore have traditionally been seen as sexual. (Aztecs called the avocado the “testicle tree.” ) Other sexually shaped fruit - of course - includes the banana, and watching a woman (or a man) eat one can increase arousal, but they also contain vitamins that enhance relaxation like Vitamin B and magnesium.
Chocolate has long been used as an aphrodisiac, for the ancients, hot liquid chocolate was a drink before bed that they believed increased orgasm as well as their potential attraction. It may have been the increase in serotonin found in chocolate that created the wanted side effects?
Oysters have traditionally been thought to raise desire, but it may be the slimy mouth feel that creates the feeling. Others say that the zinc in all shell fish can increase sperm count.
Strawberries and other sweet fruit may raise sugar levels and give both men and women a slight sugar rush, good for arousal and a sexy sensual experience when fed into the mouth of a partner.
Before sex you want to avoid problematic food. Anything that creates bloating like dairy products, gaseous vegetables like cabbage, beans, or onions. Also, red meat combined with sugar can create some pretty nasty flatulence. You might want to avoid that combo.
